Shipping and Returns

Order Processing Times
All our products are made at the time of the order to ensure the highest quality and customization. As a result, your order will generally be shipped within 7 business days from the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the selected shipping method. For orders that exceed a certain amount, we offer free shipping; check our current promotions for more details.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. However, for shipments outside of Switzerland, customs duties and local taxes may apply, which are not included in the order price. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Additionally, handling fees for customs clearance may be charged by the post office or carriers.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Generally, domestic orders within Switzerland are delivered within 2-5 business days from shipping, while international orders may take 5 to 14 business days.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate the return process, contact us at info@aglgartwear.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition it was received, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels intact. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.

Return Process
Contact us at info@aglgartwear.com to obtain return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Once you receive authorization, securely package the product and ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a product defect or an order error, the shipping costs will be refunded.

Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the return and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on the bank or credit institution.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@aglgartwear.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
